We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not we are here to make things right! Merchandise is accepted for exchange (if available) or STORE CREDIT if returned in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date. Returns must be processed through:

Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 3 business days of purchase. Please make sure the address is correct, including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging.
  • Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our location.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

How will I receive my store credit? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size (if available), you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.  
Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order. There are no exceptions to this regarding holidays, weekend, out of town, etc. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
