In the email please include your name, order number, and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange or store credit.
Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 3 business days of purchase. Please make sure the address is correct, including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.
Nelli Jean provides tracking on all orders through USPS.com.
Nelli Jean is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.
Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

- We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging.
- Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our location.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
